However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of the materials.

Many Magbly products are made from genuine leather. Natural leather may feature variations in grain, texture, wrinkles, markings, and color.

Some products are also individually hand-dyed and sun-dried. As a result, slight variations in color and finish are expected and make each piece unique.

These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product measurements are approximate and minor variations may occur.

3. Leather Aging and Patina

Genuine leather naturally changes with time and use.

Depending on use, storage, exposure to sunlight, moisture, and other environmental conditions, the leather may soften, darken, develop a patina, or show additional marks over time.

These changes are part of the natural aging process of genuine leather and are not considered product defects.

We recommend reviewing our leather care information before using or maintaining your Magbly product.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, discounts, or product availability at any time.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Inventory errors
• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Shipping restrictions or inability to deliver to the provided address

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other transportation disruptions.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

8. Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

For returns that are not related to a defective or incorrect product, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to our designated return address in Taiwan.

If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, Magbly will cover reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

9. Exchanges

Magbly currently does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, color, or style, please return the original item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

We will review the request and provide further instructions where appropriate.

Natural variations in genuine leather, including differences in grain, color, texture, wrinkles, or markings, are not generally considered defects.

Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on magbly.com, including but not limited to:

• Brand names and logos
• Product photography
• Graphics and designs
• Product descriptions
• Written content
• Website design and layout

is owned by or licensed to Magbly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
